Additionally, I have Certificate’s in Management, Training Practice, Training Design and Psychology of Learning and Training.  In accordance with ethical regulations I work under supervision and am committed to my long term continuing professional development.   I am a member of the ITA and I work to their ethical guidelines.

I also work in association with other TA colleagues and am currently involved in co-hosting a self development group and programme.

I believe everyone has the right to expect open, honest and genuine dialogue that encourages recognition of thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours within our environment.   I respect individual  uniqueness whilst encouraging everyone to take responsibility for their own care, learning and development within a safe, boundaried and structured environment.  My focus will be on the emotional health and well-being of each client and their sense of purpose.   I provide an impartial, non-judgmental and supportive environment in which I encourage individuals to grow by attaining greater independence, authencity and spontaneity.
